At 9:30 on July 22, the inaugural meeting of Shangcheng District Service Alliance for Enterprises was officially held at the International Standardised Conference Base on the 19th floor of Block A of Ping An Financial Centre, attended by the main leaders of Hangzhou Shangcheng District Party Committee and District Government, the main persons in charge of the members of the Leading Group of Service for Enterprises as well as the main persons in charge of the Alliance's member units. Safe and Rich Venture Capital was invited to participate as a member of the alliance.
There are eight main agenda items in this meeting: release of the work programme for the formation of the Alliance, consideration of the Alliance's constitution and convention, awarding of plaques for the establishment of the Alliance, announcement of the list of the rotating bureau of the Alliance for the first year and issuance of the letter of appointment, speech by the rotating chairperson of the Alliance for the first year, release of the Alliance's annual service report for the year 2022, speeches by the representatives of the service groups, and speeches by the leaders.
