In the afternoon of March 3, 2023, in order to deeply implement the spirit of the economic work conference of the central, provincial and municipal governments, fully implement the provincial party committee’s optimization and improvement of the business environment “No.1 Reform Project”, to boost the confidence of the market main body, and to fight for a good battle for the turnaround of the economy, the conference of the high quality development of the urban economy of the urban area and the construction of business environment was held on the third floor of the administrative centre of the urban area in a grand auditorium. Ruan Zhiyi, Chairman and President of Safe and Rich Venture Capital, was invited to attend the meeting as a member of Shangcheng District Enterprise Listing Service Group.
With the theme of “Shangcheng is wonderful because of you”, the conference was presided over by Hui Haitao, deputy secretary of the district party committee and mayor of the district, and was divided into five agendas, including video clip, annual commendation, optimisation and enhancement of business environment, exchange of speeches by representatives of entrepreneurs, and speech by Zhang Yan, secretary of the district party committee.
