Safe and Rich Venture Capital’s Vice President and General Manager of Investment Division 3, Mr. Fong Ho Leung, was named 2021 Emerging Investment Star

On June 27, the 6th Everything Growing Conference was grandly opened at the Hangzhou International Expo Centre, also an annual event in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation in Hangzhou.  The list of 2021 HCM City Venture Capital Awards was also unveiled in the evening. The conference selected the 2021 Emerging Investment Stars, and Fang Heliang, Vice President and General Manager of Investment Department 3 of Safe and Rich Venture Capital, spoke as the Chief Emerging Investment Star.

 Fang Heliang, born in May 1965, is a native of Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. He was enrolled in the Chemical Engineering Department of Tianjin University in 1981, graduated from the Chemical Engineering Department of Tianjin University in 1985, and was admitted to the Department of Chemical Engineering of Zhejiang University in the same year to study for a master's degree, and then entered Zhejiang University Xixi Campus (Hangzhou University in those years) after graduation in 1988, where he engaged in the research and development of catalysts for the combustion of VOCs as well as the production and sales of such catalysts. Zheng Xiaoming (former president of Hangzhou University) on-the-job study of chemistry doctoral degree and graduated. He then engaged in desulfurisation and denitrification, ultrapure water, wastewater treatment, water environment treatment, rural sewage treatment and other industries, and has in-depth knowledge of chemical, environmental protection, new energy, microelectronics and other industries. In May 2019, Fang Heliang joined Safe and Rich Venture Capital, officially starting his new journey in the field of venture capital.

  With good professional ability and learning ability, Fang and Liang quickly into the role, it hosted the investment in June 2020, Sichuan Baisige New Energy Co., Ltd., Ltd. which is engaged in the research and development and production of new anode materials for new energy batteries, focusing on solving the low-temperature defects of lithium-ion batteries, and it is the only anode material for sodium-ion batteries, which has gained significant development this year, and is also favoured by many new energy enterprises and Investment institutions, attracting Penghui new energy, Fengchao energy and other industrial investment, the valuation has been increased from 45 million yuan at the time of investment by Safe and Rich  Venture Capital to 1 billion yuan now. In September 2021 he hosted an investment in Zhejiang Sodium Innovative Energy Co., Ltd, which is engaged in the research and development of sodium batteries and materials (cathode materials and electrolyte) R & D and production, it is a key project in Shaoxing City, and it is expected to be mass-produced in October, the company has received the industrial investment of Huaihai Holding, and it has also been highly valued by many famous investment institutions, and the institutions that have been negotiated recently include FAW Investment, Ningde Times, etc. Industrial capital also contains the state investment investment, Shenzhen Venture Capital and other industry gurus, etc. The valuation has been increased from 800 million when invested by Anfeng Venture Capital to more than 3 billion now.
